Refunds / Event Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation Policy:

· prior to midnight on March 13th – full refund (net of EventBrite fees)

· between 3/14 and midnight on 4/24 – 50% refund for registration and workshops (net of EventBrite fees)

· No refund for workshops or registration after 4/24/23

COVID-19 CHANGES:

For 2021 we adjusted to the new norm in regards to masks and social distancing. We will continue to take in the always-changing recommendations for 2023 if applicable.
